Welcome back to a new season of the Hebron Farmers' Market!

 

1. Review the Vendor Rules Doc

2. Print out the Vendor Rules. Keep, for your files, the actual Rules pages.

3. Complete and sign the signature page and return it with your other forms and vendor fee to the Treasurer, at the address in the Rules Doc.

 

We recommend filing a new Crop Plan or Specialty Crop Plan for the season, especially if you are adding crops or products, or no longer selling some which you had available last season. The Market Master Committee needs to be aware of all crops and products that are being sold at the market.

 

We are looking forward to a new year of growth at the Hebron Farmers' Market.  Should you have any questions or concerns, prior to or during the market season, please address them to the Market Master Committee.

 

Here's a checklist to ensure you have sent in all that is required:

 

_____ Signed signature page of Vendor Rules

_____ Check for Vendor Fee made out to:
"dba Hebron Farmers Market"

_____ Crop Plan or Specialty Crop Plan

_____ Copy of Insurance Liability Certificate with "First Congregational Church of Hebron" as additional insured (if applicable)
